PAYMENT: Your payment may be made by bank check, money order, or personal check. If you use a personal check, I will send you the jewelry once your personal check clears my bank.
SALES TAX: Sales tax of 6% will be charged on all sales shipped to a Michigan address.
SHIPPING: Ground shipping and appropriate insurance are included in the price of each item. If you need faster delivery, please contact me for the additional cost.
RETURN POLICY: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You will have 3 days after receiving the jewelry to contact Judith Jansen Jewelry about a return. All return shipping costs will be borne by you, the customer. I charge a 10% restocking fee for any return resulting in a refund. There is no restocking fee for a return resulting in an exchange, but there will be an additional shipping cost, to be borne by you, for my shipping of the replacement item to you.
